The Matrix of Gallifrey begins to revive the Dead planet

The Matrix of Gallifrey using the last of Time Lord technology taking care of the remains of Earth, using the technology and it's knowledge of all things time lord and of The society of The Time Lord's on Gallifrey, learning everything about Earth and its plant, and Animal life, and Human life. Once The Matrix of Gallifrey compared Earth life and life on Gallifrey decided to make a new society with the knowledge of both worlds.
